Containing more than a hundred assemblies, The Advanced Assembly Composite Database includes an exterior wood framed wall assembly, which supports three sizes of framed walls (4”, 6”, and 8”), stud length to match wall height, fire blocking, plates, six types of exterior finishes, five kinds of insulation, four kinds of drywall, three kinds of drywall finish, five kinds of base, and over 20 options to suit your specifications.

Advanced Assembly Commercial Database
Containing more than 60 assemblies, the Advanced Assembly Commercial Database includes a bar joist assembly with five types of bar joists, three types of metal decking with depth and gauges options, concrete topping, forms, fireproofing, four optional roof types, and six insulation types.

Advanced Assembly Residential Database
Containing more than 50 assemblies, the Advanced Assembly Residential Database includes a kitchen assembly (one of eight room finishes), supporting any combination of 13 types of finish flooring, three ways to takeoff cabinets (four types and three quality levels), nine types of counter top materials, backsplash, appliances, storage, decorative beams, plus over 20 other options.

Advanced Assembly Concrete / Masonry Database
Containing more than 30 assemblies the Advanced Assembly Concrete / Masonry Assembly includes a masonry wall beginning with five widths in six types of CMU, joint reinforcement, four types of mortar mix, cell reinforcement and grouting, tie-beam (CMU or formed and poured) with any size and configuration of rebar, and pre-cast lintels for up to nine different sized openings in one pass.

Advanced Assembly Site Work Database
Containing more than 20 assemblies, the Advanced Assembly Site Work Assembly includes a paving assembly that can be used to take off three kinds of paving (pavers, concrete, and asphalt). Pavers include five sizes and borders. Concrete includes four types, seven finishes, and four ways to pump. Asphalt includes specifications options for thickness of topcoat, thickness of base coat, and type of sub-base. The assembly also includes bollard, parking bumpers and seven types of paint marking.

Advanced Assembly Starter Database
Containing more than 30 assemblies, the Advanced Assembly Starter Database includes a door assembly that shows the power within this database. Supporting nine types of doors, each with up to nine styles, wood doors are available in six species. Exterior doors include structural headers or lintels and casing options. All doors include interior trim, paint, and 22 types of hardware. This assembly also includes error checking to verify the proper size and type of door is selected.
