If you need to make a change to your Sage Timberline Office or Sage Master Builder End User License Agreement, such as a company name change, address change or transfer of license, you may submit either of the following forms for our consideration as applicable:

Please note that Sage Software End User License Agreements are non-transferable and may not be transferred without Sage’s prior written consent, and Sage Software reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to approve or deny any license transfer request.

The completed form(s) may be faxed to 503 439-5655. You should receive a reply to your request within 10 business days.  Name change and transfer requests will not be accepted via e-mail, however if you have a question you may e-mail transfers.namechanges.cre@sage.com
